Engineer

Exciting opportunity available for experienced engineer to upgrade existing site in the installation of
automated packing and associated vision systems on all filling and packing lines.

Practical Experience

Experience with maintenance, troubleshooting and set up of vial packaging and filling equipment,
experience with vision systems e.g. Cognex, Keyence, CI-vision, PCE vision systems and HMI layouts
and support vendor installations onsite.

Knowledge of regulatory and GMP for maintenance activities.

Proficient in use of Microsoft office and other computer applications.

Support facility and equipment start up and validation activities. Provide input on equipment
installation, start-u, operation and troubleshooting to support introduction of new products.

Support preparation and prepare User Requirement specifications, Installation, Operational and
Performance Qualification documentation.

Essential criteria

Must have at least 3 or more years-experience preferable in a GMP commercial manufacturing
environment.
Educated to degree level in engineering related discipline or relevant experience will be considered.
